Bij de vinificatie van deze wijn wordt gebruik gemaakt van rijpe tot overrijpe druiven met een hoog suikergehalte. De vergisting wordt gestopt door het toevoegen van alcohol, zodat de suikers in de wijn blijven.
Hierna volgt nog een aantal weken schilweking voor het behoud van aroma's en tannines.
Het resultaat is een zachte, zoete wijn met aroma's van kers, pruim en vijgen. De wijn heeft structuur en lengte.
Super te combineren met pâtisseries van rood fruit en chocolade. Ook heerlijk bij een stukje kaas.

The vinification of this wine uses ripe to overripe grapes with a high sugar content. The fermentation is stopped by adding alcohol, so that the sugars remain in the wine.
This is followed by several weeks of peel for the preservation of aromas and tannins.
The result is a soft, sweet wine with aromas of cherry, plum and fig. The wine has structure and length.
