Het jaar 2017 was bijzonder goed. Geen vorst of hagel.
De druiven worden met de hand geoogst, gesorteerd en volledig ontsteeld. De vergisting duurt ongeveer twee weken waarbij de temperatuur voortdutend wordt gecontroleerd.
De rijping op eikenhouten vaten is 18 maanden.
Een mooie, stevige wijn welke zich fantastisch laat combineren met (belegen)kaas en rood vlees.

Pinot Noir, beautiful deep ruby color. In the nose notes of wood and cranberry. Sturdy, tannins well integrated.
Aging potential 10 years.
2017 was a very good vintage with no frost or hail. The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted and completely destemmed. Fermentation takes about two weeks, with the temperature continuously monitored.
The maturation in oak barrels is 18 months.
A beautiful, sturdy wine which can be wonderfully combined with (matured) cheese and red meat.
