Jean Max Roger | Sancerre Cuvée Les Caillottes
Al jaren maakt de familie Roger een aantal prachtige Sancerres. De Cuvée Les Caillottes komt van één van de kalkhoudende wijngaarden genaamd 'caillottes'.
De druiven worden geperst en de vergisting duurt lang met natuurlijke gisten en temperatuurregeling. Hierdoor ontstaat de ontwikkeling van de complexiteit van de aroma's.
Daarna volgt de rijping op de lie. De wijn is mooi droog met milde zuren. Bewaarpotentieel is mininmaal 10 jaar.
