De wijnstokken zijn 30 jaar oud en de bodem is van klei-kalksteen. Dit geeft de mineraliteit aan de wijn en de structuur is het resultaat van de oude wijnstokken en de zorgvuldigheid waarmee de wijn is gevinifieerd.
De wijn heeft malolactische vergisting ondergaan en 12 maanden houtrijping gehad.
Het bewaarpotentieel is mininmaal 6 jaar.

Beautiful Chardonnay from the famous vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet. Very characteristic; floral with buttery aromas.
The vines are 30 years old and the soil is of clay-limestone. This gives the minerality to the wine and the structure is the result of the old vines and the care with which the wine is vinified. The wine has undergone malolactic fermentation and has matured for 12 months in wooden barrels. The storage potential is at least 6 years.
Delicious with fish or white meat, and of course as an aperitif.
