Noble Hill | Blanc de Blancs 2019

De Chardonnay druiven worden vroeg geplukt om de zuren in de druif optimaal te behouden. De druiven worden hierna voorzichtig geperst en alleen de cuvée, het eerste en beste sap, wordt gebruikt voor vergisting. 
De tweede gisting is op de fles en de wijn ligt hierna nog 24 maanden op de lies.
De 2019 Blanc de Blancs is een brut nature, dat wil zeggen dat geen suiker is toegevoegd tijdens de degorgement.
Het resultaat is een verfijnde, delicate en elegante mousserende wijn met een uitstekende balans tussen fruit en zuren. 
Heerlijk als aperitief en bij schaal- en schelpdieren.

100% Chardonnay and a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.
A beautiful pure sparkling wine, (MCC in South Africa), fresh and sleek with notes of melon, pineapple and biscuit.

The Chardonnay grapes are picked early to optimally preserve the acids in the grape. The grapes are then gently pressed and only the cuvée, the first and best juice, is used for fermentation. The second fermentation is in the bottle and the wine remains on the groin for another 24 months.
The 2019 Blanc de Blancs is a brut nature, which means that no sugar is added during the degorgement.
The result is a refined, delicate and elegant sparkling wine with an excellent balance between fruit and acidity. 
Delicious as an aperitif and with crustaceans and shellfish.
